While covering the new self-defense class over at Viking MMA however, she crosses paths with her own personal eye candy, Vali Erickson. Something (actually a lot of somethings) about his giant, muscular body and the piercing, kind gaze he focuses on Maggie makes her feel things she’s never felt before. She soon finds herself looking for reasons to go back to Viking MMA and run into Vali. As with the first two books in this series, I adored this small town romance with the perfect balance of humorous moments and steamy romance. The relationship between all of the Erickson brothers and their large family is so well written. It’s also cool to catch up with Tempest and Frankie from the previous books. And, there is a surprise cameo from some of my very favorite Green Valley residents…the one and only Cletus Winston and his banana cake queen, Jenn. I am always happy when Cletus is involved. I loved the story of Vali and Maggie so much, and I hope you do too!
